Charitable Giving Guidelines

Reliant Medical Group and its charitable arm, Reliant Medical Group Foundation, are committed to good corporate citizenship in all its forms. In particular, both entities seek to enhance the Central Massachusetts community through the support of organizations that enrich the quality of life and advance health and wellness initiatives for individuals and families. Reliant Medical Group achieves this through sponsorship of select events, programs and projects. Reliant Medical Group Foundation offers support through its community grants program for qualifying non-profit organizations.

While both Reliant Medical Group and Reliant Medical Group Foundation share a common goal of strengthening our community, each organization has established its own distinctive giving criteria. Before approaching Reliant Medical Group or its Foundation with a charitable request, please review the following charitable guidelines.
