Urgent Care Expands to Auburn

We are pleased to announce that Adult Urgent Care has opened a new site in Auburn. The Auburn Urgent Care Fast Track (for patients16 years and older) will offer a more limited array of services than our Plantation Street site and will be staffed by a healthcare team comprising an Advanced Practitioner, a Medical Assistant and a Radiology Technologist.

Please contact your PCP’s office during normal business hours prior to contacting Urgent Care. For after hours care, please call Plantation Street Adult Urgent Care at 508-595-2505 or 800-283-2556.

Hours of operation in Auburn:

Mon - Fri: 5:00 pm- 9:00 pm
Sat & Sun: 9:00 am-5:00 pm

Auburn "Urgent Care Fast Track" is located in the Occupational Health department in the main lobby.

Note: The Auburn Urgent Care Fast Track is appointment based and will offer a more limited array of services than our Plantation Street site and will be staffed by a healthcare team comprising an Advanced Practitioner, a Medical Assistant and a Radiology Technologist.

Westborough and Gold Star Boulevard CarePlus Pharmacies Close

Effective Friday, November 18, 2011 the CarePlus Pharmacies located in our Westborough and Gold Star Boulevard sites have closed. The CarePlus pharmacies located at other locations remain open.

The phone and fax numbers for each pharmacy have been routed to a local CVS (please see below).

Prescription records have also been transferred. The pharmacy records for each location are also in the CVS database and can be accessed by any CVS pharmacy.
